Great experience! I called after checking inventory online to make sure the car I wanted was there because I live over 3 hours away. They checked for me and then set up an appointment with Cody. He sent me a text within 30 minutes to introduce himself and ask if I had any questions. When I got there he had the car ready for us to test drive. I never felt any pressure to buy the car. He and Michelle were awesome! We were there for less than 3 hours including the test drive. It was the best car buying experience I have had! They made me feel like family. I highly recommend Mini of Nashville! More

Lifelong Drem This was my first actual visit to Mini of Nashville. I live a few hours away and I didn't want to go and spend all day searching and deciding. Essentially, I had researched Mini's for several years because I had always wanted one. I finally decided on the Countryman. I have watched the website for months and finally came across the Mini I wanted to attempt to buy. I contacted the dealership and told them I didn't want the "run around" and that I would be driving a couple hours and did not want to turn around and come home without a Mini. I asked that they make sure credit, paper work and all other items be completed before I visit. Then all I have to do is test drive and see if I am interested in completing sale. I corresponded, email, text, and phone calls, several times before the actual visit. Once arriving, I was greeted at the door and taken directly to the salesmans desk that I had been in correspondence with. He immediately offered me water and went over the details and did some necessary paperwork. Then we went for the test drive. I was sold! We went back to the dealership and finalized the sale. I could not ask for a better experience. The finance officer was fantastic. She did not talk me into adding things (extra warranties) I would not need because it wouldnt be financially sound due to not driving the car enough in a years time. The car was certified, so it came with the Mini certified warranty. However, I did add some additional warranty for the big ticket items. I have only had the car a few days and so far I am satisfied. If anything changes I will be ire to update the review. Thanks Mini of Nashville for the experience. More

They have committed fraud and broken many other laws. They have been reported to BBB, and I'm giving sonic automotive an opportunity to resolve this but I am not confident they will. They have essentially lied, stolen my Canadian car whom my sister was driving, won't talk to me or send me an invoice to pay and pick up my car, lied about the estimate , added another customers unrelated bill to mine, sent my sister , who just recovered from cancer, in a courtesy car with no insurance. The only reason she went for a courtesy car is because I offered to save them money on the rental car they were paying for. They lied about my repair quote, won't let me talk to anybody or get my invoice because it's proof of fraud, and are trying to charge an extra $1300 to my sister by blaming her for damages on a car that was illegal for them to give her to drive with insurance. Anytime I get somebody on the phone at the dealership, as soon as I say who I am and ask for my invoice they either hang up on me or transfer me to a voicemail. They will not let me speak to the service department. The general manager Kamal is very unprofessional, and will not even allow me to pay my bill, even at the rate higher than my guaranteed quote, and again will not send or show me any invoices for myself or my sister Not let me pay for and pick up my car. The irony of it is the car is worth $1000 and I'm trying to pay thousands of dollars for repairs and liabilities that I should not even have to pay for as they have broken several laws of commercial liability, laws of explaining in signing contracts, laws of guaranteed quote, and laws against adding one person's invoice to another person the invoice when they are unrelated in any way. It is so absurd but it does not even sound true or real. I'm not sure what their motive is, but I suspect that they think because we are Canadians that they can treat us however they want and do whatever they want and don't consider us a local risk or a loss of return clientele. If no resolution or settlement is made this will likely end up in heavy litigation and lawsuits, and I will have to call my car and stolen with evidence of grand auto theft on top of all the other laws broken including fraud. I have no intention to slander the dealership or Defame anybody's character. I believe there are some employees at this dealership that are doing a good job and are honest people. Unfortunately people get cut out by management who should be fired, lose their license, and never be allowed to work in the industry again. I have my phone calls recorded and have proof of everything, including me begging to bring the service writer in as well as begging for them to send me my invoice as well as the invoice they are illegitimately trying to charge my sister. I offered to pay everything by credit card over the phone even though it's fraud and robbery, and they would not allow me to do that after several requests and hung up on me and will no longer take my call to anybody in the dealership. When i I phone they automatically transfer me to a voicemail. I am The owner of an organization that has businesses dealing with many similar markets and situations so I have a very distinct and clear understanding of the laws and proper business practice. Even when remaining calm, logical, and willing to pay unfair charges and illegal invoices, they still refused to send me any bill or invoice to pay for any damage repairs to my sister for the loaner car or mechanical repairs to my car or pick up my car as each invoice which they have tried to combine together, even on their own are hard evidence of fraud and dishonesty. I've had the displeasure of dealing with many shady businesses in my lifetime. This is by far the most ridiculous absurd horrible experience I have ever had dealing with any business anywhere in North America. More

I didn't even know the dealership existed in Brentwood. I told the salesman, "I am not here to buy a car. I just heard about your dealer - the cars are too small for me - but I wanted to come by to see what you are all about and check it out." Shawn was patient, showed me all the cars, listened to what I needed, and knew exactly which one was the one for me. And he was right. I bought a car that night. But more impressive than the sales experience was the after-sales experience. MINI of Nashville has made me feel like a valued customer at every turn. I have high expectations for customer service, but they have met them. Everyone in that building has greeted me, helped me, or just talked to me at some point during my visits. It's simply a *nice* dealership. Drew Reynolds in Service has kept after this minor door issue my car has to make sure it's right - and he gave me a loaner in the process. Smart man. I immediately wanted a turbo. :-) Who else can say they enjoy stopping by their car dealership?! I can. I do. I found the dealer for me. I will always recommend them to someone in the market for a car. More
