My family's introduction to this dealership was initially via email inquiry to their Service Department on a used Mini as a first vehicle for our teenage daughter. While the Mini was for sale at a different via email inquiry to their Service Department on a used Mini as a first vehicle for our teenage daughter. While the Mini was for sale at a different non-Mini dealership, the Service Advisor (Raul) responded to my email and questions on recommended repairs to the vehicle. Without this information, we potentially may have purchased a vehicle requiring more in critical/expensive repairs than the selling price of the vehicle. We were so impressed with the Service Advisor's assistance and concern for our daughter that we went to the dealership to personally meet and thank him. Raul was professional and well-versed on the required repairs as well as other repairs I had researched on my own. I have to say that after years of dealing with service departments of different vehicles we have owned (Chevrolet, Infinity, Ford, Acura, Harley, etc.), this was by far the nicest and most concerned Service Advisor we have ever met. We are still looking for the right used Mini and this would be the dealership we want to work with going forward. We also met one of the Customer Service Motoring Advisor's (Jimmy) and he answered all of our questions on various models/features on the Mini lineup. Again, another professional, friendly, no-pressure discussion which was beyond refreshing given our past experience with other dealerships and sales personnel. Kudos Mini of Montgomery County! More
