After trying to deal with a different Mini dealer, it was really a pleasant experience dealing with Mini of Madison. I purchased my new Clubman S from M O M with Kyle Fetters as my salesman... he was great really a pleasant experience dealing with Mini of Madison. I purchased my new Clubman S from M O M with Kyle Fetters as my salesman... he was great to work with throughout the entire transaction.I also talked with Steve Leger,the sales manager...He was also very pleasant and easy to deal with. The car was an order out, and Kyle kept me well informed during the build process. Prior to purchase we went for a couple test drives at Mini of Madison, and appreciated the low pressure sales approach. Overall M o M is excellent to deal with. More
For my first time purchasing a car at a dealership I was pleasantly surprised at how it went. He was very knowledgeable about all things MINI and was able to answer all of my questions. One of the reasons I decided to stop in that day was the advertisement attached on the website for the 10yr 100k powertrain warranty. When I got to the dealership and learned about the details it helped close the deal. Sheena was immensely helpful while closing the purchase, as I was nervous about how that would go. We didn't plan to buy-just check one out! Kyle was patient and didn't pressure us or show frustration when we changed from one model to another...to another!! The dealership does not pressure you to buy. I test drove some models, discussed pricing then made a decision to sell my used car and not trade it in. We walked in on a Saturday to pick up a used Jeep my husband had purchased earlier, and there it was: an adorable Mini Countryman. We did not expect to buy another car that day, but as you can guess as husband had purchased earlier, and there it was: an adorable Mini Countryman. We did not expect to buy another car that day, but as you can guess as I am writing this review, we did just that. I am an experienced sales professional, and it was fascinating to participate on the other side. A key moment came when I asked for a few more days to incorporate -and enjoy- the "emotional buy" as things were progressing quickly. My husband, the financial buyer, had already flopped over to the do-it-emotional side as he knew I was regularly pulled to the Mini aesthetic. Gone was the guy who encouraged me to buy sensible cars. This left me to be The Decider, as George W Bush would say. Kyle saw a need and filled it by moving the car off the showroom and suggested I drive it for the afternoon. He and his sales leader vetted appropriate numbers and we did the deal that day. Trade in of my VW was smooth and the pick up of the Mini was enjoyable with Kyle explaining all of the options, installing my plates and even charging my phone. Sheena was smooth and efficient with the paperwork. I love this car. I have always liked my cars, but I do Iove this one. Talk about an emotional experience. More

I went into the dealership knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted to buy. Kyle helped me get to know my Rav4, let me test drive it on different roads and at different speeds to make sure I was comfortable w I wanted to buy. If you're in the market for a new car, go to Kyle! Sheena helped me with all of the paperwork and for how boring and tedious that can be, she made it painless.
