This is the third Mini we have purchased in my household. We sought the help of Beth Monde each and every time. She's awesome! She explained everything in detail step by step. She's very knowledgeable and knows her stuff. All it took was a simple phone call to tell her what I wanted and then we stopped in a couple days later. She had all the info ready and showed me exactly what I wanted and it was a breeze. If your in the market for a Mini I would highly recommend you go in and ask for Beth. More

We were impressed by the no pressure, informational first visit to the dealership and our interaction with Betzi Marquez. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and treated us with kindness and respect. That resu visit to the dealership and our interaction with Betzi Marquez. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and treated us with kindness and respect. That resulted in a return visit to the dealership and decision to purchase the Mini Convertible JCW. We are happy with the experience and believe we arrived at a fair price for the dealership and us. Unresolved issue and no response from dealership. I was told to go in person to dealership for the best price in person. I drove acouple hundred miles round trip only to find out, person I’d been communicating with wasn’t an employee but a contracted 3rd party for scheduling internet appointments. The purchase price negotiated wasn’t no where near asking price and nd there was different in-person best price deal. False Information! The salesman started talking about vehicle. Now I’d been negotiating for several weeks on vehicle and had already asked a lot questions and car fax was available. The salesman misrepresented so much on the vehicle that I knew were lies. Vehicle had never been serviced anywhere else other than dealership including tires, maintenance, services, purchased and traded at ft myers mini. Car fax never mentioned ft myers mini and tires, maintenance and services all listed other commercial businesses done work. I left and wrote scathing review. Dealership replied to review but never spoke to me. I tried to speak to person who replied to review and wouldn’t speak with me. That vehicle sold before coming to resolution of what transpired. Another used vehicle was on lot. I was put in contact with someone named Stephen. The dealership wouldn’t negotiate the price of vehicle. They did take of a dealership charge for service warranty to paint and interior. I agreed to purchase over phone and paid deposit. Acouple days later I went to dealership with cashier check. On arrival, the original salesman met us. We looked at 2009 mini and were then taken to finance officer to sign paperwork and give cashier check. I wanted to use my disabled Florida veteran tag from my current vehicle transferred on to the 2009 mini. The dealership put a temporary tag on mini and my dv tag remained on my current vehicle until dealership completed transfer of registration. Several days before temporary tag expired, I spoke to salesman as he’d called asking me to complete this survey and asked me to give him a 10, the best rating. I told him the temporary was expiring. He said I’d be contacted on Friday, acouple days from when we were talking. No one called. I reached out to Stephen by text and email. No reply. Temporary tag expired. I was called following week by salesman again asking me to complete survey and begging I rate him a 10. I told temporary tag expired. He said it was transfer and I could transfer my DV tag onto the mini. I asked if I needed to goDMV, Tax Collector and he said no. I asked about registration and he said it’s transfer. I went to tax collector. They can’t give me registration for mini because dealership responsibility. They can’t give me another temporary either. I tried to contact Stephen again and no response. I texted salesman and he says it transfer. I don’t have any proof of registration for that tag being registered to mini. No paperwork, registration, nothing and can’t get any reply back from dealership. The mini has been unregistered for a week now. Secondly, a week after bringing mini home, it left us stranded in parking lot and required a new battery. The battery is behind panel unable to be seen. The dealership said the vehicle had went through thorough inspection and check. The battery in vehicle was 2018. A dealership should know 7 year old battery should of been replaced on inspection. Chances of failure for that old battery was inevitable. If it was in plain view I would of said something when I’d initially looked at vehicle at dealership. This entire interaction with min ft myers has been horrible experience and still isn’t resolved. I need proof of registration from dealership and can’t get a reply and tax collector won’t give me duplicate copy because dealership responsibility to make vehicles street legal More
