I had a real go around with the finance manager. I bought a car and was satisfied with it. Paid cash and then he sold me an extended warranty for $2,800. After reading the contract and realizing tha I bought a car and was satisfied with it. Paid cash and then he sold me an extended warranty for $2,800. After reading the contract and realizing that this is something I did not want, I came back and tried to cancel it. That's when it all hit the fan. The finance manager became irate. Ruth nasty combative. He was demanding information that was none of his business and he refused to process my request for a cancellation and a full refund unless I gave him private information that was none of his business. You really need to talk to this dude because he was off the rails. Be assured I will not be visiting many of fort Myers ever again More

As a 20 year MINI owner I did not need to be sold on buying a new MINI but the sales gal, Beth, did a great job of explaining all the possible options, kept me informed on the car’s build progress, and buying a new MINI but the sales gal, Beth, did a great job of explaining all the possible options, kept me informed on the car’s build progress, and final arrival from the UK. The finance team member did not pressure me with add on costs but clearly explained the pros and cons. I look forward to working with this dealer for annual maintenance and trust their integrity.
