The car itself (a 2013 Mini Cooper s hardtop) is fantastic as well and greatly exceeded my expectations for a car in this price range (sub $20k used). This won't be my last mini! More

She was friendly, listened carefully to us (highly unusual in our experience) and showed us options that met our requirements. We discussed the cars and different ways to structure a deal. She was fast, efficient, highly knowledgeable, and after very little back and forth presented a very fair deal which we accepted. The paperwork was shockingly simple and we picked up the car two days later. As we said in the title - this was the easiest car purchase or lease we have ever done and I think we have done this about at least a dozen times in the past.
