I recently purchased a CPO 2014 Cooper S Convertible from MINI of Fairfield. + Carol Moore, our sales agent, was a pleasure to deal with. Her expertise, ease, and patience were all greatly appreciated. After road testing a bunch of vehicles, we found one my wife and I fell in love with. We bought it and brought it back to NY to get registered. We learned that the registration requirements in NY State are different than those in CT. + In working through the registration process, Max Deselin, the finance manager we worked with to finalize the sale stepped up to help us out, going well beyond his role (in a very positive way). Max's professionalism was demonstrated by his steady and friendly approach to helping us work through the process. + Max connected us with Joe Zappula, the General Sales Manager. Sensing my concern about the process, Joe assured me simply that "he would make it right." I was assured by that. + Joe and I met with Stephen Parrett, the General Service Manager. On a hand shake, Joe and Stephen repeated their commitment to get the car registered in NY State "no matter what." To help make things happen, I left the car with them and got an awesome (totally badass) 2016 Cooper S to use in the interim. Yesterday, I got my car back--delivered to my house, detailed, with a full tank of gas, the inspection papers on the seat, and the sticker in the window. Awesome. Thank you, MINI of Fairfield team. My MINI Loves MINI of Fairfield County, and so do I! My 2016 MINI JCW HT got some major upgrades last week. I had the exhaust system and the suspension replaced with JCW performance exhaust and coilovers My 2016 MINI JCW HT got some major upgrades last week. I had the exhaust system and the suspension replaced with JCW performance exhaust and coilovers. I purchased the parts through MOFC. Barry Gordon was extremely helpful in locating the right parts for my car and getting them delivered promptly. As the entire process was dependent on obtaining the new parts, Barry got the machine started right and right on time. I always enjoy working with Barry. The people in Service and Parts worked together and with me to get this huge job done as scheduled and priced as quoted. These upgrades are not common which means it was all new to everyone involved. This was a combination of two very major performance upgrades that required modification to the car's exhaust, suspension and computer systems. From scheduling the shop time to obtaining (all) the correct parts, to performing the actual work, was all accomplished without a single hitch. MOFC is where I get my parts and get my car serviced. (that's a period at the end of that sentence) Their names aren't listed on this Dealerrater page but they should be. Peter Reed, Lena and Keith Gallo were all key players in this tremendous job. Without their remarkable involvement, I am certain the job would not have run nearly as smooth as it did. More
