Wonderful car-buying experience I went in just for a test drive. I had researched numerous compacts, & the Mini led the pack, except in price, so I thought to look for a used Mini. I met with salesperson Barbara Reiniger, who impressed me as being warm, well-informed, & genuinely enthusiastic about the cars. I took a test drive of a 2013 Mini Cooper S, & was impressed with the car itself. It was sporty-looking, well-designed inside, & really quite fun to drive, with terrific pick-up & maneuverability. I made a decision, & Barbara made the paperwork process go very smoothly, allowing me to drive the car home after having a very nice lunch locally. The last time I went car shopping, I had to deal w/ 1 salesman's misogyny & another's refusal to take no for an answer, so this experience was nothing short of fabulous. More
