I recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder from Mini of Fairfield County and had a great no hassle experience. We received the most unprofessional business at this location. We paid over $750.00 (quoted for $600) picked up the car and returned the next day with same issues. They kept the car for a week and the location. We paid over $750.00 (quoted for $600) picked up the car and returned the next day with same issues. They kept the car for a week and the vehicle last week. Liz calls and say a list of things it could be( basically throwing parts at it) returned the car with NOTHING FIXED and kept our $750.00 and the car is in worse condition now then when it was dropped off. Highly disappointed in the service we received. I would love for a manger to call us More

This was one of our top 5 worst experiences. First, the service center didn’t believe our concerns about the thermostat problem (we were right). Then, after taking nearly a week to assess and repair the p service center didn’t believe our concerns about the thermostat problem (we were right). Then, after taking nearly a week to assess and repair the problem, our vehicle was hit when it was driven by a service tech who stalled it out at a light (its manual shift). Then, for another week, we were told inaccurate information again and again about the body work needed after the collision. It was only through the help of the insurance company (of all people) that we finally received accurate information about the status of our car. We will never go here for service again. More
