This was one of our top 5 worst experiences. First, the service center didn’t believe our concerns about the thermostat problem (we were right). Then, after taking nearly a week to assess and repair the p service center didn’t believe our concerns about the thermostat problem (we were right). Then, after taking nearly a week to assess and repair the problem, our vehicle was hit when it was driven by a service tech who stalled it out at a light (its manual shift). Then, for another week, we were told inaccurate information again and again about the body work needed after the collision. It was only through the help of the insurance company (of all people) that we finally received accurate information about the status of our car. We will never go here for service again. More

I'm driving my 5th MINI from MINI of Fairfield for a reason, they're excellent. The sales staff has always been great to deal with - Joy being the most recent, she's terrific, highly recommend - and the reason, they're excellent. I was very sorry to learn Service Manager John Corcoran retired, as he was the most competent and professional auto service manager I have ever dealt with. Hopefully the very high standards John set for his team will continue at MoF Service. The only criticism I have of my recent PM service would be the excessive number of notifications they sent me via text, voicemail and email reminding me of my scheduled service. Yes, notifications are a great idea, 10 of them in the days preceding my service was not only unnecessary, it became intrusive. One or two is all we need...BUT, since this is my only complaint, they get my highest recommendation, thanks MoF! More
