Excellent service, but I think it is unnecessary and unsafe to require personal info and documents to be emailed. Since I still have to enter the facility to give my key to be read and to sign forms, I unsafe to require personal info and documents to be emailed. Since I still have to enter the facility to give my key to be read and to sign forms, I can easily hand my license, credit card, and insurance card to the loaner person before dealing with my service rep. Also they called me 15 minutes before closing time to say that my car is ready. Even though I could still be there before closing, they told me to come in the next morning. They should either call me sooner or be willing to stay a few minutes late (later than 5:30pm) More

The dealership helped me right away with my car overheating in their lot....rushed out and the manager immediately got the situation under control. All in all they made all the repairs they said were needed and so far the car seems to be running well! More

Having to pay over $300 to replace a battery six months into a CPO car does not give me confidence with this dealerships commitment to customer. We got there early and requested to see whether the simple oil change and 25000 inspection could be done. We got there at 10:30- ended up buying a maintenance plan for 1,800 - we asked to buy new tires simple oil change and 25000 inspection could be done. We got there at 10:30- ended up buying a maintenance plan for 1,800 - we asked to buy new tires which would have been almost 1,500 more.- but they said we needed to come in another day- IN 2 weeks. We ended up waitaing over 4 hours for an oil change- and a second visit in 2 weeks for the tires. The manager was not very nice. The lady who saw us directly was friendly. I think they need to have more people in or open on weekends or simply be nicer and efficient. More
