This is the first time in 14 years I was not satisfied with service. So not a bad record! I was not told the recall would take so long. I delivered my car on a. Thursday morning at 8:15. The part nee with service. So not a bad record! I was not told the recall would take so long. I delivered my car on a. Thursday morning at 8:15. The part needed to be ordered. Friday the job was not completed so the car stayed in the shop over the weekend. It was finally ready at 3 p.m. Monday. A seat belt recall ended up involving five days. In the future recalls should be scheduled early in the week so that the weekend is not involved. More
