Never a good experience. Every time we had had to bring in the car, we have ended up spending so much money. I have had several leases, and in the lease period never had to pay above service covered. With in the car, we have ended up spending so much money. I have had several leases, and in the lease period never had to pay above service covered. With my mini, every service drop requires either new brakes, or new tires. I have a 3 year lease, and we have already had to replace tires 3 times. It’s ridiculous. And mini refuses to match prices when they know they are higher. Mavis and town fair will not provide a written quote because they dont want you to shop it around. So we cannot match compare like you suggested and your manager is always difficult about being friendly about these large cost items and amendable. I went to Toyota service the same week, was less than an hour, cost zero, the staff was ALL extremely friendly and the wait room was like a hotel lobby. More

I went in to test drive a Countryman. I had really wanted a 4 door Cooper but there appeared to be none in your website inventory. My Motoring Advisor, Jeff LaPorte checked the inventory and there was a beau a 4 door Cooper but there appeared to be none in your website inventory. My Motoring Advisor, Jeff LaPorte checked the inventory and there was a beautiful gray and black 4 door Cooper S in the showroom. Jeff was awesome. He was very patient with a customer (me) who hadn’t bought a car in 31 years. He showed me all the new technology and took me on a gentle test drive since I was only used to driving my elderly Volvo.
