Having purchased my Mini 3 years ago, I have made several visits to the Service Department at Fairfield Mini. Antonio never fails to make a point of greeting me and asking about my car. Their "You are Family" approach is very genuine as they make a customer feel comfortable about purchasing a vehicle. They strive to answer questions of the customer to the fullest and I found that they are very knowledgable of their product. it is obvious that they have a comfort level with their vehicle line that is unparalleled by any other dealership that I have had to deal with. Given the fact that they are down to earth, friendly people adds to ambiance of this dealership and their ability to provide a product to the customer that can be trusted. Their service is precise and impeccable and they provide a loaner vehicle should the work take longer than expected. There are no questions as to their reliability to address problem and fix it.
