Disappointed that they couldn't find me a loaner after having my car for over 3 weeks. There was also a lack of any updates on when I would be able to get my car. I have been servicing my car here for long but last service experience Was horrible. My account manager Cara was very rude and doesn’t like to hear from the customers.
