I think if Jeffery hadn't been my salesman I might not have bought a car. I was so nervous (older widow) not having bought a car for 25 years, not used to bells and whistles, etc. I was worried to the p have bought a car. I was so nervous (older widow) not having bought a car for 25 years, not used to bells and whistles, etc. I was worried to the point of obsession about details like the head rest being comfortable (I'm short) and instead of his eyes glazing over, or being artificially polite, he seemed genuinely to want to help me find a comfortable position, never once making me feel in any way out of line for my excessive questions. No high pressure, in fact no pressure at all--very relaxed and actually fun to be with! Joy, who handled the paperwork was also polite and seemed to bend over backwards to make everything very clear and up front, later helping me with a glitch which caused her to have to do more work, without a hint of annoyance.. I actually was amazed to have such a nice experience! More
