I was kept informed throughout the process with details and recommendations. There was no pressure, just information so I could decide what services I wanted. I appreciated knowing what was still under warranty. When I picked up the car I got a thorough explanation of all services received and the car was clean inside and out. I will be back! The cost associated with the work by the dealership was at least one third higher than a very reputable outside provider. At first the dealership said it was the cost of the parts when in fact the labor wa at least one third higher than a very reputable outside provider. At first the dealership said it was the cost of the parts when in fact the labor was outrageously high. Oh and the cost of replacing a battery? Twice that of an outside provider. More

I have found this dealership to be overall very good which I have used since my first new Mini Cooper Convertible which I bought in 2008. I would actually give it 4.5 stars if they would let me. The sa which I have used since my first new Mini Cooper Convertible which I bought in 2008. I would actually give it 4.5 stars if they would let me. The sale people are very professional (I have bought a Mini there in the past) and the service department people/personnel seem very friendly and knowledgeable.One drawback I would note is that there seems to have been a lot of turnover in BOTH the sales staff and the service personnel in the last 3 yrs which may be due to COVID or perhaps a change in dealer ownership. I generally like buying/working with sales and service people I know and trust and that's hard to do with staff turnover. In any event, my most recent service on my 2021 Mini Covertible went very well and, as an aside, I have to say that with each Mini Cooper Convertible I have owned (I've had 3), the Mini Coopers have gotten far more reliable and the build quality has dramatically improved.
