GREAT!! First arrived at Mini of Concord and was looking around. Butch was the first person that came out and greeted us. Therefore it was wonderful to shop for a MiniCooper at Mini of Con I HATE shopping for a new car because I have had such bad experiences in the past. Therefore it was wonderful to shop for a MiniCooper at Mini of Concord. Butch was great, I told him what I wanted (having done quite a bit of research ahead of time) and he showed me some cars and helped me find the perfect one! We did a test drive and he explained several of the features of my 2016 Mini Cooper Clubman. The paperwork was tedious, as expected, but everything was clearly explained and they were able to finance the car with an incredibly low interest rate. I was very happy with the experience and I love my new car!! I would recommend this dealer and, especially, Butch my salesperson to anyone. More
