Jason went out of his way to take care of a few oversights in the order. Missing floor mats were mailed to my home. To install a missing dealer-installed stiffening strut, he arranged to bring a loaner to me in Fremont, retrieve my vehicle to install the strut, and return the car to my home. I decided to bring the car in myself and he arranged a first-in-line appointment with the service department. He puts customer satisfaction and convenience at the top of his list. I can certainly recommend Jason as an honest and helpful sales representative. More
