I dropped into MINI of Concord on a whim with one of my kids. Donna was very patient with my daughter, who I wanted to see how she was able to enter and exit a Clubman (she did not like a friends standard kids. After spending what I felt was a sufficient amount of time there with a child, I asked could we continue discussions another time. My experience with prior car purchases is that you seem to loose the freedom to leave and the sales people turn up the pressure, threaten the loss of deals or specific vehicles or suddenly can't find the keys to your personal vehicle. Not so with Donna. She was relaxed and comfortable with my wanting to go and handed me her card. I was not hassled with calls or emails or pressured in any way. It was a great relief to feel I could make a big decision like a car purchase at my own pace. Needless to say, because I am writing this, I did return the following week and purchase a MINI Clubman. I am very happy with my vehicle, and would refer friends to Donna. I have not rated the quality of work yet as I have yet to experience the service department. More

This was my first time buying a new car and we got recommended to Donna. I'm so glad we did.
