Butch knows how to find what you need even if your first visit wasn't successful in buying a car. He is very patient when it comes to waiting for the right deal catered to your needs. He treats you like he knows you for quite sometime versus the SF Mini agent who looked at me as someone who needs to hit his quota. If it wasn't Butch's hard work to make a better down payment for a used car I wouldn't have bought my wife's Mini. I eventually paid the down with my credit card instead of trading my old Mini because he helped build that foundation to help me start evaluating if the deal was right for me. My husband went into the dealership about a year ago. We got Claro's card and decided when we go in to purchase my car we would look him up. I met him and I knew I would like to work with him. He is open and he felt real and honest without any car salesman nonsense which I really appreciated because I knew what I wanted, what I wanted in the car, and how much I wanted to spend. I had done a lot of researching and sold my Toyota Corolla outright so I knew it was time for me to buy the car. I told him exactly what I wanted and he made it work for me. I didn't want the good/bad guy routine and told him that upfront as well. It turned out I did get what I wanted and I was happy. I just had to make a couple of decisions about the color and what I wanted on the body of the car. He was patient, kind and a good salesperson with heart. He actually took time with me to show me how everything worked on the car and I appreciated that because often times you just drive off and you don't know where things are and how they work. I like him very much and like his style of salesmanship. If all car salesman were like Claro the world would be a lot better off. More

We met Claro first, and he showed and offered a car that had just been traded and had not yet introduced onto the market. I had gone there to sit and try out different models to see which one 'fit' me the had just been traded and had not yet introduced onto the market. I had gone there to sit and try out different models to see which one 'fit' me the best. I had done my research so I basically knew which ones to look for. When Claro left due to his shift ending, Jason took over. Jason ran numbers and stayed two hours past his time, (as any dedicated salesman would) and was able to run numbers, and answer questions without the normal salesman 'high pressure' attitude. Down to earth, (really!) with a touch of rock star capabilities. If you want a MINI, go see Jason. If Claro hadn't left, I am sure he would have been solid as well. It was he and my hubby who did all the negations and knew I was not the one holding the cards. Jason looked square at my hubby and answered all the questions needed to be answered. Straight forward and a pleasure to work with! More
