I was determined to buy a new Mini Cooper S Countryman AWD before the new year. My previous purchase of my 2009 Mini Cooper S Clubman was done all by email before I went down to the dealer to sign the pap AWD before the new year. I contacted Mini SF, Mini of Marin, Mini of Stevens Creek, East Bay and Mini of Concord. Everyone contacted me back but it was Therese Johnson of Mini of Concord that really got the ball rolling in getting me my Mini. With all the other dealers, I had to go down and visit them before they even took me seriously. This was exactly what I did NOT want to happen. I was pretty frustrated. But Therese was the only one who was willing to deal with me via email and submit my offer to her GM. She didn't waste my time like all the others did. I appreciated that! Needless to say, I went down to Mini of Concord to purchase my car. There was a slight issue with my financing but Therese, Jason (the assistant manager) Jennifer and Marta from Finance Department did everything in their powers to make sure I got my new Mini Cooper out the door AND I was happy with my experience. And I was!!! I'm eyeing a John Cooper Works for my next Mini and I told Therese I will be back. Mini of Concord is my new go-to-place to purchase a Mini.
