WOW!!!! I initiated my buying experience via the internet by getting pre-approved by Mini Financial Services. After researching the 5 Bay Area Mini Dealershi I initiated my buying experience via the internet by getting pre-approved by Mini Financial Services. After researching the 5 Bay Area Mini Dealerships, I was set on contacting Mini of Concord. Why??? When I saw their group of Motoring Advisors, it was a no brainer that these advisors were enthusiastic about their work. Therese Johnson seemed to be extremely outgoing and upbeat, and I chose to call her to start finding the right Mini Countryman. Even on her day off, she took my call and immediately began to help me. She understood what I wanted and made the entire buying process smooth and speedy. I purchased the Countryman for my wife as a Mother's Day gift. Therese, like myself, was excited and made it all happen...just in time. My wife couldn't have been more surprised, and I couldn't have been happier. Best new car purchase EVER! We knew what car we wanted and had the most pleasurable experience getting our dream car with Jason. He accommodated us very well. We live 2 hours away and told him that our preferred way of communication was through email. He was very professional, patient and assisted us every way he can to get the price we wanted to pay for our Mini. We arrived on a Saturday expecting it to be busy but he got everything set up and it only took us an hour at the most to get in and out of the dealership. He definitely got our business for life and like we already told him, we will be back for the Countryman next and will convince my dad to get a Mini as well.
