Great Service! Wife and I came to visit interested in purchasing a new Countryman. He let us test drive a MINI, answered our questions and pretty much let us dictate the flow of the conversation. Very laid back, no pressure situation. And nobody can beat the deal they gave to us.I'm really happy with the car and the deal we got.especially my wife. And we will surely regret it if we chose a different dealership to get a mini cooper.5 star for Therese and Jason.I first talk to therese about the car.told her we'll be there at 10am the next day.I was texting and talking to Jason the night before we went there.he gave me more info about the car.btw the car we got had a matte vinyl wrap in orange with black stripe and with 17" or 18" rims painted orange too. (not sure what size) and is really is a head turner.Jason said if down the road we don't like the wrap anymore we can unwrapped it and will reveal the original pepper white color which my wife really wants.as of now she's enjoying it.i told her i like your car better than my 328i. because of the matte vinyl wrap.Therese was really knowledgable about mini.she shows my wife everything about the car. She even drive the car to our apartment. Overall we really have a great time buying the car.i highly recommend buying your mini at mini of concord.look for therese or jason. More
