Jason got me a good deal with the best financing rate by far compared to any other dealer I tried. Car came 10 weeks later and I was in and out of the dealer in less than an hour. Everything was transparent, there were no "add-ons" that was pressured onto me and overall it was a great experience. Would recommend Jason to anyone I know looking for a Mini. More

Traveled 380 Miles Greetings from Los Angeles! It sounds kind of crazy to travel so far to purchase a vehicle, but sometimes when it's a great deal you can't pass up, Greetings from Los Angeles! It sounds kind of crazy to travel so far to purchase a vehicle, but sometimes when it's a great deal you can't pass up, it may be worth it! I was in the market for a very specific CPO Mini. Usually, when you are not local to a dealership, you may find yourself at a disadvantage. Especially because you can't see or test drive the vehicle right away, you're not getting any face to face contact with motoring advisors, and not to mention having to be really smart about the travel costs. Those are all risks that I took into consideration as I reached out to different dealerships to search for my vehicle. I was very fortunate to get in contact with Butch at Mini of Concord! Not only was he really friendly and easy to talk to, he made the process really seamless for me. Minus the 380 mile difference, the experience did not feel any different from other lots, if anything I had one of the greatest buying experiences. Originally, I saw a posting about a CPO vehicle that was listed under their inventory. After sending in my inquiry, Butch contacted me back and sent me all the pictures that I requested. After seeing all of the photos, I was able to tell him my story, my concerns and what I was looking to do. He was really understanding and even offered me the option of putting a deposit on the vehicle before it was even cleared the certification process and shown on the lot. Which was really amazing because I wasn't local and I wanted to be absolutely sure before investing in a vehicle I hadn't seen. From that point on, Butch continued answering any questions I had about the vehicle, test drove it for me, gave me minute to minute updates about the vehicle's progress and even pre-approved me for the financing options which saved me a great amount of time. Having all of that information beforehand, helped tremendously with my decision making. Once I checked out all of those details, I was just a flight and bart trip away from completing the deal. Arriving on the lot, I got to test drive my vehicle and even had time to still ask more about certain parts of the vehicle which the attentive staff fixed right away! I truly appreciate the dedication of all of the staff members at this lot. Even through the financing process, Alyce was really honest and left it to me to decide what was best for me. She provided insight but was never forceful. The process at the lot was painless. I got to meet my car, review information, and signed. Then I was on my way with my CPO Mini Cooper Hardtop! My first time in Concord, Ca was truly a delightful adventure. I still can't believe it happened, but so glad that it all worked out. What a beautiful little town (especially around this time)! Seeing what my preferences were, he advised me to wait for arriving pre-owned vehicles as we didnt see any suited to my liking at the time. So we ended up exchanging numbers and asked him to keep me posted on any updates. A week or two later, he calls me on my cell saying he has one exactly like i wanted it, and fits right into my budget too. He helped me with my options on wether to trade in my current BMW or keep it or even sell it as a private party, also helped me with financing options for the vehicle. He went above and beyond to meet my expectations... Overall i am so happy with my purchase. Even my wife and 6-year old daughter likes hanging out in the dealership. So if you need a new ride. I retired a few years ago and became a bit tired of the high cost of maintenance for Porsche's..I looked at several different vehicle for my next fun ride and came to see that Mini provided great drive ability and handling. After test driving several models I found the 2011 Mini Cooper S to be the next one to try. I am happy with my decision and hope that all the engine and turbo parts last a long time. I am a fanatic about service and take really good care of all my vehicles.. Jason Krupa handled the sale and went above and beyond the call of duty to see that I was satisfied with my purchase...Jason was showing me the interior lights and how they functioned and we found one now working. Immediately I thought here we go, a night mare in the making. But it was a simple repair and I was driving the vehicle the next day. It performs very nicely and handles the twisty roads I drove on superbly. I am use to performance cars and the Mini S met all my needs.
