He answered all of our questions and showed us all the fun things about the Mini. I have had so much fun driving my new Mini. I chose the Countryman and it holds 4 adults comfortably. I find it so easy to park and maneuver. Feels like a sports car and can hold as much cargo as my Jeep did. Love my Mini! More

SO Great! Met Butch over a year ago and inquired about a 2015 Mini Cooper Hardtop S. Test drove one and fell in love, but I wasn't yet ready to buy (had to sell the old car, get things in order, etc.). I came back nearly a year after meeting him and finally started the process. He remembered me... my name, location, occupation, it was great. Fantastic customer service from a friendly guy. Since then I've taken delivery of my Mini and I LOVE it. I look forward to driving it everyday and can't wait for the "Second Date" with Butch and the dealership in general. Great experience. Will be sending any friends who want a Mini straight to Butch. Honestly, it is hard to find a trustworthy dealer who actually seems to want to get you the car you really want at a great price. Jason Krupa is a rare find. Though Mini of Concord is not the closest dealership to my home, my communications with them proved to be a joy and everyone I encountered was helpful and friendly. I configured my Mini online and met up with Jason Krupa who took care of all the paperwork etc. He explained everything and answered all of my many many questions. He also provided me a way to keep an eye on production and when she was built and on the boat, he even provided the name of the vessel so I could track her progress across the ocean. When it came time to pick her up, Jason helped me out again, answering questions etc. Robert Mathews went over the details ... every toggle switch, settings, view screen etc. Even the finance lady (Raquel?) had a great personality. I highly recommend Mini of Concord, especially Jason and Robert More

Most of our communication was by email, which was the most convenient for me, and he was always prompt, informative and attentive. Jason listened to my needs and provided several options for me to choose from. Initially, none of the cars that were available met my needs, but he was able to locate the car I truly wanted and had it redirected and delivered to his dealership. I must say that our interactions and communication proved Jason to be professional, more than fair and transparent. Upon pick-up of my MINI, Jason took the time to explain all the details of the car and even had the car checked for any spot touch-ups, inside and out, to ensure it was pristine. But wait, it doesn’t stop there… Jason even took the time to check-in with me the following day to see how my drive home was and to get my thoughts on the MINI.
