I got a convertible!! I was researching convertibles in the area and took advantage of my employer's set up with TrueCar (which was honored as promised). I've always wante I was researching convertibles in the area and took advantage of my employer's set up with TrueCar (which was honored as promised). I've always wanted to get one since I moved to Cali from PA. Based on my initial search, I was matched with a few dealerships in east bay and SF. Of all the dealers matched up to, mini responded first and gave me time before a follow up communication was sent. Other dealers promptly flooded my inbox with available inventory. Over memorial day weekend, I stopped by Mini of Concord and brought my mother who has a physical disability. Everyone at the dealership made sure she was very comfortable while I looked at the inventory and went on test drives. Even though not a part of the sale, other employees chatted with my mom in the waiting area. She appreciated this. After settling on a car, Butch continued to make sure the my mother was able to participate and not feel excluded based on her handicaps. He took us over to chat with Alyce in Finance on the golf cart since walking even short distances is a challenge for my mother. He was all set to bring us back to the dealership as soon as our chat with Alyce was over, even gave my mom a hug as we were getting ready to leave the dealership in our new car. Butch and Alyce were both very personable and knowledgeable. When I left with my new set of wheels, I felt much more informed post purchase than I did with my first car purchase many years ago. I've continued to received notes/emails from Butch and Jason to make sure that everything is going well. Our lease turn in had a couple of issues, and I feel that Jason was very fair and honest with us. He was able to work out the deal we wanted on a car with a package that you don't often see. We live a fair distance from Concord, so Jason was able to work everything out via email before we visited the dealership. I would deal with Jason again without hesitation. More
