Bad follow up service Bought my 2015 MINI there, sales personnel was fine and I love this car.Things went bad when I showed up to their "second date" service appointment. "My date", Robert, wasn't there, he didn't even work on that day and completely forgot about it. I was glad that I kept his email confirmation as proof, so other people helped me. I lived 30 miles from the dealership, Robert told me they would provide $50 gas card to me, otherwise, I wouldn't go. NEVER get the card. After 3 weeks, 2 emails and 3 phone calls, I decide I shouldn't waste more time on this. But I do have some time to write this review and warn the world. DON"T deal with this employee, ask for someone else. More

Could not have been better. My wife and I purchased a 2016 Countryman last week. Michael Chavez was our sales person. We have purchased a number of new cars over the years ( I am 82). Must say that Michael was terrific. We live in Fresno, Ca. so much of our negotiations were either by e-mail or telephone. All questions were answered and on August 17th the car was delivered to us in Fresno. On Friday August 28th we drove to the dealership and spent several hours with Michael going over all the systems and answered all our questions. We love driving it. Taking a trip to Scottsdale, Az next month and am looking forward to the drive. More

I had to go to Concord only once throughout the process, just to pick up my sweet ride. Jason managed to do all the remaining procedures over the phone which was great since I live in San Jose. More

What a great buying experience I found the Mini we were looking for online. We live approx. 100 miles away. I figured I would give them a try. His communications were fast, he was honest, and I do not know if I have every had a better, or easier car buying session. I wanted to be sure on the car we were looking at, and I wanted to test drive a couple of new ones as well. After all that, we bought the 2013 Moni Cooper S we saw on line. It was as decribes, in excellent condition and a great car. Jason, worked with me on the price, and made the drive there worth my time. Again, overall a great experience. I would not hesitate to reccomend Mini of Concord,CA or Jason anyone. It is worth your time and effort to go see the,. Thanks Jason for the great car and the great experience. Also thanks to all the others there on Jason' s team that helped. They were all great, I just do not remember all of their names. More

Amazing experience I purchased my very first Mini here not too long ago. The whole process was fast and pleasant, as I was out of the dealership in less than 3 hours. Jason was the sales person and Mark (sorry didn't get the last name) helped/answered all the questions related to different features of the car. Jennifer at the finance department was such a fun person to deal with. She made great recommendations on optional warranties, but not pushy at all. We needed up purchasing the extended service and warranty option. I absolutely love my new car. It drives well and gets better gas mileage than my old car. They also sent me a cute little Mini water bottle in the mail. That was a pleasant surprise to come home to :) Thank you everyone. You all exceeded my expectations. Best, Mike & GiGi More
