The Sales team were all very friendly and helpful. Mary Skinner was our contact and she was extremely knowledgable about Mini's and kept us updated on our delivery every step of the way. She was instrumental in getting it ready on a specified date. One area for small improvement: the color options were challenging to navigate once we selected the car model. There were very limited samples to choose from on the showroom floor, so we just went with what we test drove! After being overseas for 5 years, I decided to get a Mini Cooper. Prior to COVID, I sat down with Mr. Guy Hunter to order what I wanted. After making the decision to get the JCW, I was happy and ready to dr Cooper. Prior to COVID, I sat down with Mr. Guy Hunter to order what I wanted. After making the decision to get the JCW, I was happy and ready to drive it. Unfortunately, the plant shut down due to COVID. During the long drawn out wait, Mr. Hunter kept me informed and up to date on the status. This was re-ensuring and helpful. His reassurance made me stay the course and I am happy that I waited. Last summer I worked with Guy Hunter to order a custom Mini with a manual transmission. (My second Mini) I had a lot of “I wants” and “I don’t wants” and he was wonderful about fulfilling all of my wishe Mini with a manual transmission. He is also great with customer service, is readily available when I need help and checks in with me every so often to make sure that my Mini is performing well and that I am happy with it.
