Drove from Northern NH to order a key for a Mini Cooper that I had just purchased. Arrived there and had to ring an odd childish door bell where a voice from behind the wall says "I'll be there as soon as that I had just purchased. Shortly after that I had made my request that I needed a key ordered for my Cooper. The man continued to stare at me as I explained my needs. I had a stack of paperwork which included a bill of sale, a title application and the documents from the State of NH proving car was mine. When I handed him the stack of paperwork to review, we did not even pick it up to review, he again just starred at me as if he had no idea where he was. He finally said he couldn't help me. I asked if he was going to review my paperwork and he stated, " I am the one who needs to order it for you, and you don't have what I need." Again I asked him if he was going to look at what I had or what I had additionally needed and he said no. I then asked him his name and he said James. I then went to the the manager on the other side of the wall who again made no effort to assist me. What a bunch of lazy and ignorant staff. More
Do NOT buy a car here, they are dishonest! We bought a used mini from them and during the test drive we asked why it shifted funny. We had the mechanics look at it and they said,oh nothing wrong that is the way it shifts. Bought the car and within the first year the transmission goes! Find out they sold us the car knowing that the transmission is no good and likely to break (there was a lawsuit about them) well yes they have to change it for free,but you have to buy it, $6,000 dollars! I bought a used transmission with 134k miles on it and got rid of the car immediately. They knew that those transmissions were bad and lied to us to make a sale! More

My wife and I had been looking for quite some time for a newer model, Cadillac SRX. We visited a number of dealerships but were blessed to find the the exact vehicle my wife wanted at Mini of Bedford in NH newer model, Cadillac SRX. His professionalism, attentiveness, knowledge, and caring are second to none. His attention to detail are without a doubt Stellar, he went above and beyond to Make our purchase one we will never forget. My wife and I highly recommend that if your in the market for a new and our used vehicle, that you make it a point to visit Mini Copper of Bedford and when you do, ask for Gary. To top off our experience we also met with Jim Doyle, Mini of Bedfords, General Sales manager. Wow, what a great guy, not only did Jim take the time to personally speak with my wife and I early In the process, he worked was with us every step of the way as well. He was friendly, helpful, patient, well-informed and a pleasure to work with. The Dealership is a great place. It is comfortable and stress free, with ample areas for lounging and great refreshments and snacks. Steve, our F&I manager was super and low pressure. He got us a great financing package, and ensured we fully understood the process and features of financing, warrantees and service offerings. We got a great deal on our new...and first Mini, and would highly recommend this dealership. It was a great experience we look forward to repeating when we're in the market for another car. Now to enjoy our new Clubman! More
Worst customer service imaginable Cliff went on about how great his customer service was. It is a shame he didn't live up to it. At times he was argumentative about the price. He sent emails that can only be descried as unprofessional. He no showed for the purchase which lead to even worse experience with the sales manager. he left us standing in the lobby for us to seek him out. He never introduced himself nor offered a chair. He also became argumentative when we pointed out our displeasure with the service. The sales manager ended the sale by saying good luck. We had to find the keys on a desk and find the car on our own. We received an email from Cliff today, very informative, it only said "any questions". No greeting ect Shop elsewhere More

My very used mini was treated great, and i couldve gotten a decent trade for her but not a problem when i said i was gonna sell her myself. Happy with Van, he was patient with me and my decision making process. Love the loyalty program. Looking forward to the next three years with these folks. I got a lease. :)) More

(Thanks, Joe!") While I was unable to get into a used car..., they offered me a NEW CAR, which was a pleasant surprise! Joe then stayed overtime to help make sure I got my car THAT day and stayed even longer to show me how to use my new car before I drove off the lot! I have already referred people to him and will continue to do so. He continues to be available to me for a quick Q & A, from time-to-time. I highly recommend him!! As for Mini of Bedford, I was also pleased that the sales manager cared about what I got into for a car, making sure I would not experience any kind of buyer's remorse. I highly recommend this store! It's been six months and I have not regretted one mile. My next car will be a Mini Cooper from Bedford! More
