Gary if the Best!! Love my MINI convertible! I recently was looking for a used mini convertible. It was meant to be a 2nd car for the warmer months and my price range was not in the realm of a ne I recently was looking for a used mini convertible. It was meant to be a 2nd car for the warmer months and my price range was not in the realm of a newer vehicle. I found the perfect car on the MINI of Bedford site which was located at their Peabody, MA dealership. I called and spoke with Dan. The car was delivered to Bedford within hours that day and ready for me to view. When I arrived at the dealership, Dan handed me over to Gary. He was new at the dealership and absolutely awesome! I was so happy with the car that I only had to drive it around the parking lot to know that this was the car I had been searching for over 2 weeks. Gary made me feel as though I was talking with a buddy that I had known for years. While we waited for the paperwork to be completed, we talked about all kinds of things and I learned that Gary wasn't just selling a car, he was actually interested in our conversation. I had to return to pick up the car the next morning and I had to schedule several hours sooner than I originally told Gary but that was no problem for him and MINI of Bedford. This was Gary's first sale at MINI of Bedford and he said... "This makes us friends for life!". I have purchased many many cars form many dealers over the past 30 years and this was the BEST! Whoever hired Gary made a great choice and also gained my loyalty! This wasn't a large purchase since it was a used car but boy I sure felt like I was their best customer!
