I arrived for my scheduled early morning appointments following up an a recall notice. After a two hour+ wait I was told the part the recall required would have to be ordered! What?!?! The purpose of the appointment WAS the recall and YOU DID NOT HAVE THE PART. I waited 2 hours to be told this! I asked to have a leaking tire that had been losing air since I picked up the car. The leak was confirmed on my just purchased car and I was charged over $200 for a new tire on my new car! I was told it would take 3 days for the recall part to come in. It has been WAY past three days and I have not heard a thing!!! What lousy service! And the “washed” car was returned wet and dirty on the outside and the inside. We have owned BMWs for decades. This is our first Mini Cooper and this is our first service call at this dealer. WHAT A LOUSY EXPERIENCE! More
Got a recall notice for my 2024 mini cooper S that is vin specific, called made the appointment, dropped the car off the night before because the appointment was scheduled for 8am, received a phone call arou specific, called made the appointment, dropped the car off the night before because the appointment was scheduled for 8am, received a phone call around 12:30 stating that my car hasn’t even been looked at yet. And that once it was diagnosed they would order parts for the service, once they receive the parts they can then proceed to fix my car. I was under the impression that my car would be fix today, once I picked up my car today there were lights on the dash that was not there when I dropped it off. If I have a flat tire, they are going to replace it for me for free, because that light was not on when I gave them my car. And now it is on. Also why call me to schedule a service for my car that is vin specific if you don’t have the parts to repair it? Now I have to take by car back up there once they receive the parts for the repair and they can’t even give me a time frame on how long they will need my car for. I was never told over the phone that this was just for them to diagnose the probable. They already knew the problem. Janet the service writer was very rude over the phone and in person. This is poor customer service and would not recommend this service center! I am a very irritated customer. More
