Daunte was great to work with. He estimated the wait of 2 hrs to complete and texted me when my Mini was headed to the car wash! He was both friendly and knowledgeable! It the past I have gotten great customer service, but my visit to Mini of Annapolis on November 9th was very unsatisfactory. Sean Peria said the oil change & brake fluid flush would take 1 1/2 hours and t visit to Mini of Annapolis on November 9th was very unsatisfactory. Sean Peria said the oil change & brake fluid flush would take 1 1/2 hours and that he would let me know if it needed anything else. After waiting 3 hours, I texted him so not to bother him asking about my car. He sent back a link containing over $800 of repairs that were considered essentials. He never came to me to explain what was going on. My only contact with him was when I went to him to ask how much long it would take. 4 1/2 hours later I finally had my car back. I felt I did not get customer service. I got customer neglect. I won't be taking my car back to this Mini dealership again. I am also rethinking my choice for my next car. Mini is too expensive to maintain. More
