My appointment with MINI Service went great! I was in and out in under 3 hours. Jason and his co-worker took care of me and answered all of my questions. I bought my car in for three things and one of and out in under 3 hours. Jason and his co-worker took care of me and answered all of my questions. I bought my car in for three things and one of the three was for the Dents which I'd purchased a package for when I purchased my car. I bought my car in to have the blue tooth installed and have some marks removed from the paint (that was not embedded). Jason told me and confirmed and showed me how to pair up the pre-existing blue tooth on my car so that I would have hands free access to my cell. This was not shown to me when I purchased the vehicle. Matter of fact I was told that I had to get something installed to make it work so that is why I was there. Jason saved me $1,000.00 in parts and installation cost!!! It took him lest than 3 minutes to pair up my IPhone to the blue tooth of my car! I am so thankful to him that he could help me. I was apprehensive about bringing my car for service because of the previous visit I had back in January 2010 when I came in for an oil change. I had to wait 6 hours for service. The service person was not helpful and was quite annoyed when I asked after three hours of waiting when would my car be ready. She was not very helpful and verging on the side of being rude. I never received a satisfaction survey from that visit. If I had I would have voiced my dissappointment of that service visit. I'm happy to see that the two service reps for MINI are new and very proactive and customer oriented. Both Jason and his co-worker (sorry I don't remember her name) were OUTSTANDING!! They restored my confidence in the MINI Service department. I will continue to bring my MINI there for service. Keep up the Great work and Thanks for everything! Dorothy Moore Laurel, Maryland More
I have dealt with several dealerships and have gotten rid of cars because of bad service. But these guys are Top Noch! I don't care what type of problem you have they make sure when you leave with your car y of cars because of bad service. But these guys are Top Noch! I don't care what type of problem you have they make sure when you leave with your car you have a smile on your face. Ryan has helped me with serveral rapairs from general service to replacing a tire and wheel at the drop of a dime. I came into to their dealership without an appointment two weeks ago (victim of a pothole). And within 24 hours my wheel that needed to be ordered was in and all the other work needed was done! I know they may not be the closet dealership but I have seen the people from Virginia take their cars for service there too. If you truely care for your Mini they wont let you down at Tate Mini. More

They do not answer the phone. Get th other persons insurance is paying the full claim. I am reayd to get my car fixed. Want to use Mini of Annapolis. They do not answer the phone. Get the recorded message that suggestes you see their website. Finally spoke to a salesperson who promised that he would get some one from service to call be back. I guess the message is they do not need my business. (Sad face). More
I have to admit, I had my doubts about the dealership after having had such horrendous service at Mini of Sterling. I was to the point where I was going to drive several states to a dealership to have m after having had such horrendous service at Mini of Sterling. I was to the point where I was going to drive several states to a dealership to have my car worked in after Sterling having been so bad... but Ryan and Robbie were wonderful: personable, helpful, friendly, and put the needs of their customers as a priority. In fact, I really could not be any happier with the service they provided except for if they had not charged me for the services.... ;) Annapolis is a real hoke for me seeing as how I am in Virginia, but it IS WORTH THE DRIVE!!!!!!! If you are frustrated at the level of service you receive for your "elastic" economic good - i.e. a "luxury vehicle" (as Mini of Sterling liked to tell me when they were justifying their prices), then come to Mini of Annapolis. At the very least, you can treat yourself to a meal on the bay.... More
The people at Mini of Annapolis not only took us on a test drive, but let us take the car home overnight, which, of course, sold the car. They came down to the price I was looking for as well. We were given very good instructions on the various operations. More
For the past year, I have had my heart set on buying a mini. I did a lot of research on-line and chose (due to reviews) to call Mini of Annapolis. On Valentines Day, my husband and I traveled 60 miles t mini. I did a lot of research on-line and chose (due to reviews) to call Mini of Annapolis. On Valentines Day, my husband and I traveled 60 miles to this dealership to meet Sean, our salesman who answered all of our questions, took us for a test drive, showed us cars that had just been delivered the day before and quite simply made the whole experience the best car buying experience we've ever had! In the meantime, my Ford Escape was evaluated for a trade and that's where Rich stepped in. While the first offer was disappointing, after some honest discussions, the deal got better and I was going to be driving home in my new Cooper Clubman! Jerry walked us through financing that included cash, credit card, trade-in and financing. It was a breeze and the most efficient use of time for a very stressful (major) purchase. We went off for lunch and when we came back our new car was spiffy and ready to go! My dreams came true on Valentine's Day! Thanks, Sean, Rich and Jerry and everyone at Mini of Annapolis! More
I had been to Townson Mini last year and had the most uncomfortable experience with the salesman I was assigned. He was arrogant about my request about pricing deals, test driving and need to work with uncomfortable experience with the salesman I was assigned. He was arrogant about my request about pricing deals, test driving and need to work with someone that cared that I would buy a Mini from him. I went to Annapolis BMW Mini after inquiring about a vehicle they had. I received a phone call and email confirmation of my inquiry immediately. I set up an appointment for the next day. They had the mini ready for inspection and test driving. Richard Meckel, Sales Manager, had greeted me at the door and we discussed what I wanted in terms of a sales experience. Mark was great. I purchased the car with no hassles. They did everything quickly and right. Having purchased Infinite's for the past decade and loving the personal touch they give their customers, I have to say this was as good as that. This was such a positive experience during the entire process. After Towson Mini I did not think I would consider buying a Mini, but this was a pleasure. More
In all honestly my experience there was incredible. I had been set on buying a MINI, but only for the simple reason of breaking even on my trade. Otherwise the deal wasn't worth. I live in downtown Baltimore been set on buying a MINI, but only for the simple reason of breaking even on my trade. Otherwise the deal wasn't worth. I live in downtown Baltimore and work in Herndon, VA. So after work on the weekend (Friday) I decided to go buy a MINI I stopped by Sterling MINI, and had one of the worst experiences ever, and the day after to Towson. And again, not the greatest service in the world (I'll write reviews for each of these dealers). I called Annapolis as one last shot before given up and saving for a special order next year. I got Rich over the phone and he was an excellent right at the first sentence. And I will admit that I was torqued from me two other bad experiences so I didn't sound all that pleasant myself. He turned that right around. He asked all the right questions instead of telling me what I wanted. He called me back as he promised and kept in touch through the whole process. His salesmen, Will, was excellent at finding the next question, he never hesitated or made assumptions. They shop was clean and the all salemen during my wait were pleasant. And the car I wanted just came in. They were so intent on making sure I didn't have to wait till Monday to pick it up, they sent me out for a good size bill lunch while I waited. I read the other reviews and see nothing on what they are talking about. And I will be the first to say that I pretty much knew all the features of the car before going in. So I didn't and had no intentions on testing their knowledge. And from what I read of the other reviews it sounds like they knew what they wanted too, they just wanted to test their salesperson. I would think that the MINI is an enthusiast car, and its buyers are usually ones that know something about the car. I'm glad the sales staff didn't treat me like an idiot and waste my time with telling me things I knew. I have not performed any service on my vehicle yet. I will be taking it there though. And I'll see about the other reviews. More
