MINI of Annapolis

I originally turned to Mini of Annapolis (a dealer an hour from where I live) to inquire about a car on their lot. Since it ended up not being what I wanted I told Brad Pahari (all this was via chat or hour from where I live) to inquire about a car on their lot. Since it ended up not being what I wanted I told Brad Pahari (all this was via chat or email since I HATE giving dealers my phone number until I'm sure I'm buying something) that I intended to custom order a Mini and that I was going to shop around for how much a dealer would be willing to discount from MSRP (I had a number in mind). I decided to give Brad one chance to give me a quote before I asked the closer dealers. His response was, and I quote, "Send me a build, I will not let you down." He gave me a number much better than anticipated and I immediately put in a deposit. No haggling, nothing. When the custom order came from the factory via the port, it had a mismatched piece in the interior. While Mini of Annapolis worked to correct this, they had me come in and drop off my old leased Mini so I wouldn't have to pay to extend my lease, and gave me a loaner car. When my new Mini was ready, Brad drove all the way out to Arlington, VA to bring me my car and paperwork. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thanks! More

In fact, having tried to save a buck by going to Mr. Tire for brakes (a rotten experience) has convinced me that the de a pleasure to deal with...
