My initial impression was wondering, however after our deal was completed things went in a different direction. We were told that the car would not be ready for a few days, which was not an issue for us. deal was completed things went in a different direction. After a short conversation with the manager, who told us that they don't have loaner cars for individuals who purchase used cars. My impression totally change this dealership. They received our money, completed the deal and customer service went out the window. My sales person (Parsa) was the only positive experience we had during this transaction. More
