I had already convinced myself I wanted a MINI: however, I hadn't bought a "new" car since 1990 so going to a dealership was not something I was looking forward to. I contacted MINI of Annapolis via the we I hadn't bought a "new" car since 1990 so going to a dealership was not something I was looking forward to. I contacted MINI of Annapolis via the website and got an immediate response with appropriate followups concerning appointment times and models available. My experience at the dealership was smooth and not at all daunting. Sean was knowledgeable and responsive but not at all pushy. He was very enthusiastic about the MINI itself and went over every detail about the vehicle's specs, controls, etc. As I was buying a MINI S Convertible, he also wanted to make sure I was familiar with what makes convertible driving different. (He also told me about the little back road that was fun for my test drive.) My MINI was a special order 2012, which was not yet in production, so I had to wait for Oxford, England to get started but the Owner's Lounge on MINI's website keeps the buyer updated on where one's MINI is in the production cycle. In addition, Sean kept me posted as my MINI's arrival date neared. When I went to pick up the car Sean again went over all the car's details; the paperwork process was simple and I was on the road in no time. The MINI of Annapolis dealership is a 2-hour drive from my home but, based on my experience with the sales staff, I have no concerns about making the drive for service. While I hope to keep my MINI for years, I would not hesitate to use MINI of Annapolis again. More
