Scheduling is simple. Check in and check out was very easy. The issue is the service recommendations and communication. Scheduled service as recommended by the vehicle app but apparently it was out of warranty by the time I made it in. Never received a call from them and manager would not honor the warranty. Provided contact information but they never called they just emailed. The sales department did call multiple times to try and sell me a new one or ask if I was interested in selling my vehicle. Very disappointed since they merged. More
