I always have exceptionally good experiences at MINI of Annapolis, but my recent visit was for a state inspection for a Paceman I purchased out of state. The MINI service department was not available on my Annapolis, but my recent visit was for a state inspection for a Paceman I purchased out of state. The MINI service department was not available on my scheduled day, the inspection was performed at the BMW service department next door. My service advisor, Nicholas Tomasko was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me apprised of the progress. I received a video update of the inspection findings from the service technician, which was not only informative, but adds to the level of trust the brand builds through transparency. I travel 40 miles farther for this level of service (there's another MINI dealer closer to my home), but it's worth it and they never disappoint. I highly recommend MINI (and BMW) of Annapolis. More
