Go elsewhere. .:A bad operation. Got an outrageous service estimate after minimal inspection/testing without a proper or complete diagnosis. Quoted ~$300 labor to d .:A bad operation. Got an outrageous service estimate after minimal inspection/testing without a proper or complete diagnosis. Quoted ~$300 labor to do a ~10 minute job replacing 4 plugs and 4 coils. Also, the parts were double the market rate at $660. Basically they asking me to throw ~$1,000 just to get to the next simple step of a diagnosis. To be told by the service manager a bunch of nonsense that “cars don’t last forever” and about how their labor rate is derived was gold… wonder what his cut is… I’ve had 4 MINIs (have 2 now) and bought 2 from them. I won’t be going back. More
