The newer service writer is not a good representative of Mini of Annapolis. The taller gentleman we have worked with in the past has been much better to work with. We had to come in for a tire blow out two Mini of Annapolis. The taller gentleman we have worked with in the past has been much better to work with. We had to come in for a tire blow out two weeks ago. We used our tire warranty(no issue). A week later a tire that was just replaced had a cut in it near the rim. No signs of impact. The tire was still holding air. It appeared either a defect or cut during installation. The newer service writer just filled it under our tire warranty without any communication. Thus we are no longer able to use the paid for warranty. When we received the car back the tire pressure sensor came on after driving 10 miles. Unacceptable to have not checked. I am truly disappointed as this is not the level of service that we have experienced in the past. It is our second Mini that is always serviced at this dealership. Will definitely think twice before going back or purchasing another vehicle from the Annapolis location. More
