Great fix on my 2013 hardtop My hardtop started chugging and the check engine light went on. I called the road service and arranged a tow to the dealer. I am so thankful for not having to hassle finding a rider to and from. I was able to drop off right at 7:30 and be to work by 8am then return back at 5. I go my oil changed, inspection done, and a loaner car. I couldn't be happier with the service. I appreciate the professionalism, courtesy, helpfulness, and attention to detail. The only frustration I had was I never received a phone call back when I inquired to bring my car in but was able to make an appointment online which was a great option. Thank you! More

The service at Mini of Anchorage far exceeds the "service" department at Worthington Ford who doesn't offer loaner vehicles and keeps your vehicle for days without ever calling you for an update which has happened to me on multiple occasions for a simple oil change. My loaner vehicle was great and the drop off/pick up took no time at all. Mini of Anchorage has taken the hassle out of maintenancing vehicles and I look forward to my next oil change! More
