One of the best car sales experiences I had. Jolene greeted us on the lot as soon as we arrived. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Mini Cooper. She made sure every detail that needed attention was completed before I drove that Mini Cooper off of the lot. She is truly a Mini Cooper expert. She answered all the questions we had. She took her time with us and listened when she spoke with us. I cannot tell you how positive this experience was. Brian Amill was also very good with all the paperwork and finalizing all the paperwork and my trade in and service contract. I highly recommend seeing Jolene if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. They all get a 5 star rating. I purchased a used 2024 Mini Cooper Countryman S. The vehicle looked like it was a brand new 2026 out of the showroom when I picked it up. They set the customer service bar very high. Jolene called me a few days after I picked up the vehicle to see if everything was okay, or if I had any questions. When you purchase a vehicle from them, you also purchase the excellent customer service and vehicle service department too. Do not hesitate to visit this dealership if you are in the market for a new, used, or certified pre-owned vehicle. My spouse will most likely be purchasing a Mini Cooper in the near future.
