Salespeople lie Jesse the salesman told us during the buying process, our car came with 3 months of XM radio. After giving us a different car (was a black base Altim Jesse the salesman told us during the buying process, our car came with 3 months of XM radio. After giving us a different car (was a black base Altima, and appeared to be the same; he told us they had several that were identical. We know the one we were given was different because the mileage was different) as we were driving home I tried to activate the XM radio. Of course; THIS Altima didn't have an XM button. My wife went back the next day, and she was repeatedly lied to by the same salesman, and they offered no resolution. Next, I will be writing the better business bureau. Stay away from this dealership. More

We worked with Eddie Colville, Leasing Manager, and he was great. He was prepared for our appointment with buy-out information for our current lease as we had requested, as well as with information and pricing on a new vehicle. He was efficient, while being thorough, as he zeroed in on our wish list and showed us options, and he's clearly a straight shooter - to the point, no run-around - which was appreciated. Once we settled on a new vehicle, we worked with Abe Alyassir, Finance Manager, who was wonderful. He was thorough and efficient, but also very personable and relatable. He made the process of signing paperwork enjoyable! We will definitely return to M'Lady Nissan in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

Jesse (the best salesman EVER) already had the car I was interested in pulled up into the service area for me to look at. Took me on a test drive and the whole time he wasn't pushy or anything. He made my car buying experience amazing! I truly appreciate him. He was knowledgable and friendly and answered my questions without hesitation. Scott was just as friendly and really gave me a great deal on a few upservices for my new car. Then there's Abe. He made sure he found me the best financing available and was an all around great guy.
