I recently purchased a 2017 Rogue and my salesperson Sam Obenchain was so very helpful, showed me the Altima, Sentra and of course the Rogue. I had seen the Rogue on the road and liked the size and how it looked. I also liked that it was higher than my Maximum and that I could probably see what was ahead. Sam Obenchain let me test drive the Rogue and that was it. Everyone was friendly including the financing manager. More

Today I must say was an experience in regards to getting myself in a used vehicle and I would of never imagine this evening that its now sitting in my garage. My visit was a long one and with a lot of patience not only with my salesman, the finance manager who went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle and I guess with myself I can say they kept their word in regards to getting me the finance that I needed. In the last month I visited two other dealer that made promises but were unable to keep them for what ever reasons. The internet staff who kept up with me in regards to the emails of all my questions and concerns and quite honestly my shear doubt. Thank you for your time and again for your patience. The reason that there are only four stars is only because of the time frame that it took to get me a vehicle, other then that I would recommend anyone that is reading this and has had trouble with your credit, please trust me when I say this only because I have lived it. I never felt pressured, or stupid for asking so many questions! They put me at ease and I can honestly say that this was the best experience buying a car ever. Very rude and disrespectful managers and sales persons. 1. After getting a price quote from the internal sales person, I visited the dealership. The salesperson (Drew) tried fooling me by saying that I can 1. After getting a price quote from the internal sales person, I visited the dealership. The salesperson (Drew) tried fooling me by saying that I can reduce my taxes and get a lower overall quote if I increase my down-payment. After counter-questioning him on that logic, as you pay Tax on the total invoice irrespective you give $0 or $5K as down the Tax has to remain the same, the salesperson pushed for his logic and after having this nonsense conversation for 10 minutes he smiled and said he was fooling around. I thought is this for real? Is this a joke? I am here to buy a new car not a pen. Anyways in either case, you don't want to have that kind of a conversation. 2. I guess my mistake. I should have left when that thing happened. I should have sensed that this dealership is full of con and arrogant sales people. I went ahead with the conversation. I informed the salesperson and his manager that I have the same price from a nearby dealer (from my house). On hearing this, the manager got aggressive and he first started bad mouthing the other dealer followed by challenging my current quote from that dealer. Even after assuring that I have met the other dealer and things are in place, he was very rude and was not ready to accept the fact another dealer can even come close to his pricing. He became very disrespectful and was pretty loud. I left immediately. I do not recommend anyone to go to this dealership. More
