Went in Saturday to test drive a truck, told them the numbers we were comfortable with but wanted to sleep We had a phenomenal car buying experience. Tuesday mid morning my husband received a call with number within our budget and we went in Monday evening to purchase. The entire team was welcoming, friendly and to the point. This was by far the best car buying experience that I have had. The first in which I wasn’t stressed, overwhelmed, or anxious. In fact, I enjoyed m&ms and played basketball with my son as we waited. We left incredibly happy with our purchase and our experience. I can say with confidence that we will be back to buy again and that we will recommend M’Lady to all of our friends and family. Shane, Hugo, Scott, and the finance team(I cant find his card) we thank you for such a pleasurable experience and for working hard to keep us in our budget. Appointments Not Kept by Sales Personnel I had an appointment this morning with a salesperson for 9:30 am. I was there and they weren't. When I walked into the dealership I already felt unc I had an appointment this morning with a salesperson for 9:30 am. I was there and they weren't. When I walked into the dealership I already felt uncomfortable. This individual approached me and asked if they could help me. I introduced myself and told them that I had an appointment with so and so. Their response oh I can help you. No I had an appointment with so and so and would you please get them. Sure I try to locate them. Okay and then three individuals came out and said oh that individual doesn't come into 11:30 am. My response sorry but I had an appointment with them at 9:30 am. Well that is there hours - no we had an appointment for 9:30 am. Well we can take care of you. The sales manager got rude with me. I said well you apparently don't value my time so I will go to another Nissan Dealer. We have a 2016 Murano SL AWD that we were going to trade for a Pathfinder. His response was you don't want to buy a vehicle. I said again and again that individual emailed and called me several times about today's appointment and I made a point of being there and they weren't. Then she finally calls me later in the afternoon and asks me how can I help you. I asked them why weren't they there at the appointed time. Excuse was there power went out. I said what!! Your sales manager told me that your start time was 11:30 am, So I said who is telling the truth and no response. Well you can come down now and I can help you. Sorry but I already have a Pathfinder Platinum setting in my driveway. They said how did you do that so quick. I called Rosen and they told me to come up and they would have one for me to try out. No way would I recommend M'Lady to purchase a vehicle from. More
