I just bought two new cars from Geno, a Altima and Armanda.. They pulled a quick one on me which was my fault but after getting home I reveiwed my contract and saw they took $500 hundred dollars off e Armanda.. I was underwater on one car which was rolled into the lease of the Armanda and the remaing payments on our other car was rolled into the Altima , which I do not have a problem with but no one explained to me how they got there.. Which again is my fault but I did catch it less than 2 hours later.. When I called up my Salesmen (Geno) to complain I was upset and did use the F-word which is wrong but Geno instantly threatened me and told me to come down to the dealership and he would "kick my xxx" .. What a way to be treated after buying two cars from them. I am waiting for a call back from Bryan Murphy but have not received one as of yet PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!!!!!!! More

I just purchesed a vehicle from M'Lady Nissan. It was very snowy out and the snow countinued to come down and I told them I was coming in later, probably 7:45. Patti and Abe said they were closing a bit early due to the snow however insisted they would stay opened until I got there. They did and made sure all of the cars i wanted to see were pulled inside so I didn't have to stand outside in the cold and snow. I have never had this type of experience at any dealership I have been too. They were accomadating and I know they wanted to go home but waited for me to buy my car so I didn't have to drive to work tomorrow with an old junky car. When I met wqith the finance manager I was afraid I couldn't get financed but Brian assured me there was no problem. I have on my ride home called three people who are in the market for cars and told them to talk to Abe and Patti. They were wonderful and I wish to express thanks to them and Brian was amazing. More

I recently purchased a 2009 Nissan Murano from Jim M'Lady Nissan. I went to them after being referred by a close friend. They really took the time to make sure that I had a fabulous experience with them. I've been back in and everyone I worked with remembered my name which really meant a lot to me seeing as how they deal with so many people on a daily basis. I went to M'lady nissan only after recieving an email from them. After shopping around and looking for the best deal Nissan of Crystal Lake offered the best overall value.
