I purchased a 2004 Honda Accord from them. During the financing process they told me that i need to sign a paper stating that the car has ETCH( vehicle etch is used for theft recovery) since they have a financing process they told me that i need to sign a paper stating that the car has ETCH( vehicle etch is used for theft recovery) since they have a high vandalism rate in their area, and there is no charge for it. Next day when i was reviewing my paper work i realized that there was a charge of $200 for this service! now i know you would say that i should have looked at the paper work. Whatever happend to honesy? Anyway, so I call the next day and speak with Amir Ali (GM for the dealership), he tells me thta this is included in all thier cars! Yeah right, since when does it become mandatory to purchase a service? ANyway, long story short, be very careful when you but your car from anywhere....and if possible avoid Jim M'Lady....they are not Lady like..if you know what i mean. More
This dealer is TERRIBLE, unprofessional and deceitful. I purchased a vehicle, and was laid off the next day. The bank no longer accepted the sales contract, which is fine, and the dealer continued to tell m purchased a vehicle, and was laid off the next day. The bank no longer accepted the sales contract, which is fine, and the dealer continued to tell me to keep "my car" that they would "work something out." I reside in the city limits of Chicago, and was called by the finance manager on the 27th of January telling me they could work something out, to come on in on Saturday. I drove all the way up Sat. morning, and much to my surprise and dismay, they tricked me and took the car back. Their rider, which accompanies every sales contract, indicates that if " the dealer is unable to assign its right, title and interest in the contract to a sales finance agency and so notifies the customer, customer will, within two days, return the purchased motor vehicle to the dealers place of business and the dealer shall RETURN TO THE CUSTOMER ALL OF CUSTOMERS DEPOSITS, less dealers cost of repair damages occurring to the motor vehicle while in the customers possession. I was never given my two days AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT! I have had a lawyer call and write them, and now filed a complaint with Nissan, BBB as well as the Dept. of Professional Regulations. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! More
I got a great internet quote for a NISSAN VERSA SL _CVT with convenience package with destination charges, tax, title, licence, doc fees and when i went there, they were playing games and the manager told with convenience package with destination charges, tax, title, licence, doc fees and when i went there, they were playing games and the manager told me that maybe there is some misunderstanding with the Internet sales team as when i got the itemized pricing it was $1000 more than quoted and he told me that the internet sales team forgot to add destination charges. When I showed him the email print out of the Out of the Door price quoted by them , he said he couldnt give it for that price as they are at a huge loss , I felt totally insulted and deceived as they dint tell me the truth upfront. I am wondering if they are all playing games as a team. Beware of the Nissan Mlady dealership at crystal lake, they are always playing games. This was my first car in the US and i wanted it to be a memorable moment in my life and it ended up being a nightmare. So please beware, first go to the dealership and ask them the pricing (even if you have their false quotes print out with you) before you even go for the test drive. More
They took my deposit for a 350Z, I actually agreed to pay $1000 over sticker right when they came out in 2003. They said the wait would be about 3 months. No problem, when the 3 months were up, I called as $1000 over sticker right when they came out in 2003. They said the wait would be about 3 months. No problem, when the 3 months were up, I called asking when it would be in. They said they forgot to place the order! It would be another 3 months to get the car! I said I want my deposit back. They refused, saying we will order you the car. I spoke to a lawyer, they said you would have a fight on your hands and it would cost you more in legal fees. He also said he gets tons of complaints from M'Lady. DON'T buy from these crooks!!! More
Attracts you with options in the car which is not available when you purchase the car and signed everything. One salesman tells you something and another one tells you another. Assuming that you have available when you purchase the car and signed everything. One salesman tells you something and another one tells you another. Assuming that you have the options that was agreed, you give in and sign the contract. Expect a long and tiring deal. More

In haggling prices, I said 60months, here's what I want to pay monthly. Guy came back and after a while we got it close to that. I was satisfied. When I went in to sign papers, they had increased the fi to pay monthly. Guy came back and after a while we got it close to that. I was satisfied. When I went in to sign papers, they had increased the finance rate and changed it to a 72 month loan. In addition, the monthly charge we agreed to was overshot by a few dollars. They tried to make up for it by giving me 3 free oil changes, lowereing the rate a little and changing me to a 60-month. Now I am paying 37 more dollars a month than I originally expected. I don't have time to schedule an oil change at the place (I do it myself). Really, a joke. I am bringing my car to Woodfield Nissan for service. More
