Terrible dealership, but needed to get out of my lease. Wish I went to Woodfield or anyone else for that matter. Salesman had new clue about the cars on the lot. I needed to get out of my lease and at least knew what I wanted. Morons tried to initially lease me a car for almost $800 a month. I got up to walk out as they must think everyone is naive. Can back in less than three minutes with an offer that was more sensible and I moved into this lease. Lied to me though about my lease being complete, now NMAC is asking for additional money to close out. Be Aware, if you actually work for a living, the service department is not open at all on the weekends! Stay Away!! More

I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership because they broke two of my biggest pet peeves in the car buying experience. 1) I specifically asked for a confirmation of price of an advertised vehicl they broke two of my biggest pet peeves in the car buying experience. 1) I specifically asked for a confirmation of price of an advertised vehicle, including any specified incentives that were applied. They assured me that their quoted price would be the real price. When I got to the dealership, they said their quoted price did not include destination and I did not qualify for military and the recent college grad discount. That is an extra $1800 they 'neglect to mention' just to get you in the door. 2) I made an appointment with the internet sales associate and expected to work with her when I arrived at the dealership. She even went as far to say 'I look forward to meeting you.' When I arrived, I was 'greeted' as soon as I got out of my car by a different sales associate and told that 'he would be taking over on her behalf' That is fine, but he never, once, offered to introduce me to the person I had already established a business reliationship with before I came in. I work in a customer service position and that is a poor way of handling customers, even in auto sales. Overall, I honestly think you can get a 'fair' deal on a carat this dealership, but for some reason they feel like they have to resort to sneaky sales tactics to trick you into thinking you are getting a better deal than you really are. This might work on people that aren't experienced car-buyers, but it's annoying to someone who is experienced at purchasing at auto dealerships and knows the real value of the vehicle they want. More
Easiest car purchase yet and I have bought several, 4th from this dealership alone, so that should tell you something. I went shopping with my son for his 1st new car. We researched many dealers for the same car and M'Lady had the best price and deal. I have been to many dealers that tell you things and when you get there it's not what they said at all. It was a great 1st buying experience for my son, and I will recommend M'Lady to family and friends. Betty Lo,Mir and Bryan were also very helpful and friendly. More
Came to dealership to test drive Quest. First salesman was overwelming so we left and came bacck to deal with another sales team. Got a better rate than we were quoted from other sources. i,ve purchased 18 new vehicles in my lifetime for our family, this was by far the best deal and expierence we've ever had. I bought my New 2011 Nissan Rogue SL AWD from M'Lady Nissan. I have helped many of my friends shop for new cars as I am an engineer and know a lot about cars and their features. So have been to many car dealerships and have experienced many try to play low ball games and tricks. But my experience at M'Lady Nissan was a total positive, haggle free, no pressure, fast and a smooth experience I have ever had at any Dealership. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I had contacted many dealers for the pries quote over the internet. Patti, from the Internet Sales team at M'Lady, was prompt and courteous at response to my e-mail inquiries which saved me lots of time prior to stopping into the dealership. She quoted me for the exact vehicles I was looking for. (Other dealers just emailing all their inventory list without caring about what I was looking for.). I contacted her and the sales manager, Tom, for some options and an appointment. The manager was very friendly (Unlike at other dealerships where manager come to manage the mind of customers). No wonder the entire dealership environment was so friendly and helpful. I worked with salesperson, Mark. He is a very knowledgeable, straight forward, friendly and patient salesman to work with. Not only did he have the knowledge of all Nissan models but also detail and precise knowledge of the competitors vehicle as well. This made the selection easy and understand features in detail. He and Tom helped me to get the exact color, model and feature that I wanted. There was no attempt to over sale. I did not have the insurance ready and Mir went an extra mile to help me with getting insurance online. Bryan from finance department was expert at his field. The paper work was very fast and each document was explained to me. Most of the documents were printed out and ready for me, the once not printed were those that required my input and opinion. Betty JO, the Customer Relations Manager, was eager to know about my experience with her staff members and to rectify any of their mistakes. When she asked if I had any bad experience or any thing that I did not like about the dealership, I could not find any! She also explained me how should I take care of the vehicle. The entire process was easy and fun. I would recommend (and have already recommended) these dealer to anyone in the market for a Nissan. More

They were all a pleasure to work with and very understanding we didn't walked out of there with the car we wanted, but we walked out with one that was more affordable and much better on gas!
