I cannot believe this dealership gets any good reviews. I was looking at a used car there, and when I called to schedule a test drive I was told it was sold. Oh well, I will keep looking. Then M'Lady called ME and said they could get me into a new car for the price of the used. They sent me a proposal on the car they wanted (still have it and I should insert it), I said yes, filled out the financing on line, SPOKE with the financing guy and made an appointment to pick up the car. I called before I left the house to discuss the insurance, etc. so I could drive the car away. When I got there, well wouldn't you know it THEY JUST SOLD THE CAR. They could get me the same car, for just a little bit more $$. The old bait and switch. We walked out of there. More
Dishonest sales techniques are used here at every level. We were looking at a new Nissan versa. Bob K told us it was $17,035. We asked for the best price and he said $15,035. We called to give a credit card deposit but Bob said we couldn't have that price because we were not recent college grads and veterans. The ad said nothing about that. Bob said we could have it for $13,847. I asked to speak to a manager. Tom, a manager called. He said Bob does not know the prices of cars and that we can have it for $12,347. As we talked he says but to get it for that price we have to finance with Nissan. I asked the interest rate and he said he didn't know. I asked him to confirm the "out the door price" and he said it was $13,944. I asked for a breakdown and he admitted that it included a charge which we had not discussed for etching the windows. What a bunch of crooks. Beware these techniques and the constant "come in and we'll work something out". We will certainly never buy from them. More
Really a great team of individuals to work with. It was great from the start to the very end. Jordan was an awesome salesman and the manager was go go go to make a great deal. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM M'LADY!!! They are dishonest, hide extra charges, don't keep their promises, and when you call to complain, they don't return your calls. Beware: the good reviews that you read are likely from buyers who were duped into writing reviews by M'Lady staff telling them they could be randomly chosen (by them) to win a $250 prize if they write reviews (they even give their buyers a list of websites on which to leave feedback). Here's my story: after making a deal for a certain price "out the door, with taxes, title, license and everything" on my Sentra, I subsequently received a bill for additional taxes that the dealership had not paid. I made several attempts to talk to a sales manager or general manager (with no call back) and then I asked to speak to the owner (but I was denied). Finally, I wrote a letter to Jim M'Lady, the owner, to complain about my bad experience with his dealership and asked him to call me. Jim did call, but he said my "out the door" price did not include the taxes for which I was later billed, even though I had specified "with taxes...and everything". During our talk, Jim revealed that other buyers had also complained about the additional taxes, but he still refused to do anything about it. When I brought up the issue of hidden charges (which I had included in my letter) he said "we're not talking about that; we're talking about the taxes"--apparently, he didn't even want to address that problem. The only positive thing I can say is that our salesman was friendly, but I learned that he is no longer with the dealership. (Hmmmm...) BAD, BAD, BAD. If I could have left zero stars I would have. Do NOT do business with M'Lady Nissan! More
I was not the typical car customer, as in I didn't actually 'want' to buy a car, yet I 'needed' to, though. It was there that I not only found a most suitable car, but also a dedicated team of people who I felt comfortable enough with to make a deal. I am SO glad to have the car I need, and to have had the customer-service that I did. More

When it comes to shopping for a new vehicle you want a sales team to be your trusted advisors and professional sales people. I purchased 2 new Nissan's on my visit. I had purchased a 2011 Rouge 18 months before and received such great service from Betty Joe and Scott M'Lady, that when it came to upgrading our vehicles, I returned to a team that would work to assist me with feature selection, performance and fair pricing providing a win/win situation for both parties, my family and the dealership. We purchased our car from Bob. He was very helpful and patient with our many questions. We came in several times to look at the car and try to commplete our decision. Bob always found time for us and was able to help us with our decisions. To this day he is still helpful and is always extremely friendly whenever we stop by. When we replace our older Nissan we would work with Bob. Betty Jo was more than willing to go out of her way to help us with accessorizing our car. She really knew how items would go together on the car to make it look fantastic. She was fun to work with and has a wonderful personality. Both of them treated us with respect. We are not just treated as a person that walks in the door and is pushed into a purchase. We are very happy that both of them are still with M'Lady. Their service to customers should be commended. I came in with a check for a car I saw online for the exact amount, I was going to charge any additional amount like taxes. "bait and switch" BE AWARE these guys are shady at m'lady. I ended up getting the price off the internet after threatening to walk out. The car i bought had a problem right away. i had to drive from rockford 3 times to fix it. Will never deal with these guys again. They also did like a "not it" on some walk-in customers - stereotyping. These salesmen and managers are stuckup and idiotic. i traded the vehicle in eventually. More

Sam, Mir, John, Betty Lu and Yaseen made my transaction by far the simplest, honest, no pain experience in buying our 2012 Rogue. We highly recommend them to everyone for their future purchases. They have met and exceeded our expectations. Will look forward to purchasing another new vehicle from them in the future. More
