I went to M'lady for an oil change and ended up browsing around with Sean one of their sales people, who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They have some of the best deals around! If you want someone polite, honest, and genuine to work with sales in a new or used car Sean is your guy. Jim B. was great with getting the financing that I wanted even though it was still my first time financing a car and have new credit. Jim called place after place seeing if I could get approved and found me the best interest rate. I had no idea that when he worked his magic he could get me such a good rate! Yaseen made the paperwork so easy, he even made my husband comfortable with our new vehicle. Last but definitely not least Betty Jo made sure anything that I bought was the best deal I could get. Her and Sean were so polite, they made sure that the process was smooth and I was comfortable the whole time I was there. Everyone at M'lady takes care of you like family. The experiance was great. My buddy reccomended me to the dealership because they don't play games. I hate going into a dealership and having to play a game of poker. I was looking for a gas saving small car. I looked at a Toyata,a Chevy and a Ford. At the same size and price point the Versa was the best.When I went to M'Lady I had already done research on line so I had Toyata,a Chevy and a Ford. At the same size and price point the Versa was the best.When I went to M'Lady I had already done research on line so I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I wasn't attack by several salemen. As I walked the lot, Robert came up and asked if he could help me. I said "I'm just looking for now". He handed me his card and said I'll be inside if you have any questions. Not all over me, which I do appriciate. I looked at the Versa, test drove it with Robert, discussed options and etc. I think he was a little dissappointed when I didn't do back flips over the car, but I explained the Versa isn't my dream car. He excepted that and only suggested upgrading to the Special Edison. WHich I did. I've had the car for 2 weeks and am very happy with the car. Drive good - rides great. And performs well on the expressway at 80 MPH. My 10 year old granddaughter want to know if I am going to give her the car when she turns 16. (We'll see). The people at the Dealership, RObert, Bob and Tom G. John and Mir were very nice. Friendly, but didn't pretend to be my best friend or life long buddy. Seem to understand this is a business transaction and to me it's not much more. One excpetion was Betty Jo. She's a stitch. had me laughing so hard I thought I'd fall out of the chair. I was in her office for an hour discussing remote starts and etc. when I walked out I could hardly believe we talked for so long. It was so relaxed and comfortable. What else can I say, I like the car it fits my needs perfectly (Although I kept my 4X4 pick up)And the folks at the dealership were great. I would not give a second thought into sending my own daughter to this dealership. More
