We have a 2003 Altima and were just beginning to look into a new one, entered our info and began receiving follow up calls immediately. We chose M'Lady . The salesman was friendly, so we agreed to come i into a new one, entered our info and began receiving follow up calls immediately. We chose M'Lady . The salesman was friendly, so we agreed to come in just to look and get some information. We also wanted to know what our car is worth. I made it clear that it was our first time out and told the salesman that I didn't want to waste his time, that we wouldn't be able to leave with a new car. He assured me we should make an appt. anyway. We did. When we got there, we waited for approx. 20 min. or so till he finished up. We took a car for a quick test drive and then were ready to get some numbers we could work with. He asked if we would make a deal tonight. We said we'd love to but we couldn't. Had to review and check finances, etc. So he left us to see what he could do. And. Never. Returned. We waited for over an hour while he helped other customers, once in a while telling us he'd be with us shortly. He never came back. Finally, as we prepared to leave, another person came over and told us we should think about leasing. We never got any other help or negotiations. We were very disappointed and felt dismissed and disrespected. If you buy a car there, staff is very nice. If you don't,(even if you've made it clear you can't that very day), brace yourself. More

I was very pleased with my experience at M’Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake. I came to M’Lady just looking at prices and the possibility of getting a van. He called me the following weekend to tell me about 2 new possibilities that turned up. With the diligent work of finance, I was able to get a rate and payment plan that worked within my budget. More
We knew we would be purchasing another Nissan after having such a great experience with our Maxima. We had 3 dealers of equal distance, and were led to M’lady based on a few friends good experience. The process of buying a new car can be trying to say the least, but found everyone at M’lady was going out of their way to make it as pleasurable as possible. We were able to come to an agreement within a reasonable amount of time. So far we are very excited about our new Altima. The day we were there, M’lady was actually having a free BBQ lunch for their employees and customer. What a nice touch. More

I just purchased my first car, a 2013 Rogue last week and I am loving my car. The facilities were gorgeous, they answered all of my questions and really paid attention to what I was looking for. Bought a 2013 Nissan Altima on September 14th, came home to find that the other remote start only worked sometimes, found some kind of a nest under the hood, the check engine light came on and there was a r to find that the other remote start only worked sometimes, found some kind of a nest under the hood, the check engine light came on and there was a rattle somewhere around the dashboard. Called service and brought the car back the following Friday before we left for vacation. We informed them that we would be returning on Wednesday the 25th so we would like to pick it up then. They had the car for 5 days and said they fixed the rattle, sposedly something in the visor, the couldn't find anything wrong with the remote, they thought they fixed the check engine light. Brought the car home and the check engine light is back on. Called service and brought car back on Thursday the 26th. They said they thought it was the gas cap and had to order it and it wouldn't be in until Saturday the 28th. Saturday they called and said they got the wrong cap or ordered the wrong cap, either way now it won't be ready until Tuesday October 1st. I find this totally ridiculous first to have these problems with a new car and to have to wait almost a week now for a gas cap that they "think" is why they think the check engine light came on and why do I need a new gas cap with a new car that should have a new gas cap already.
